Grove Link Sourcing Privacy Policy
This page explains the business information requested through the procurement form and how website preference controls work. Submit information relevant to the purchase discussion and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential material.
Information in a business inquiry
The form asks for name, work email, optional company and telephone, and procurement requirements. You may include product, application, specification, quantity, destination, delivery target and document needs. Optional budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are combined with the requirement when the form is submitted. They do not create a separate supplier rating record.
Purpose of the request
Business contact details and specifications support requirement clarification, factory quotation coordination and related procurement communication. The information necessary for a supplier discussion may need to be included in a quotation brief. Clarify sensitive requirements before sharing confidential technical material. The website does not offer file uploads through this form.
Browser preference storage
The sourcing benefit presentation uses a first-seen timestamp in local browser storage to limit its display window to seven days. Session storage records whether the banner was closed during the current browser session. Clearing browser storage removes those local preferences. These values are presentation settings, not evidence of a purchase or eligibility decision.
Form and product interactions
Product search and category filtering operate in the page. Selecting a product opens the business inquiry dialog and adds its name as an optional selection. The entered requirement remains editable. With JavaScript unavailable, write product, budget and supplier preference directly in the requirement text.
Accuracy and contact preferences
Use a work address you can access and provide only contact details you are authorized to share. To ask about an inquiry, correction or further contact, use the contact form and identify the relevant business request without including unnecessary sensitive details.
External resources and service scope
Links to technical references lead to other publishers whose own practices apply. This policy describes the visible inquiry workflow; it does not assert unverified security certifications, retention periods or production infrastructure. Actual handling arrangements should be clarified before sending confidential business documents. See the Terms of Service for quotation and supplier responsibility boundaries.
