Inquiry and quotation scope
Product expressions describe inquiry options. Specifications, availability, MOQ, price, payment, packing, delivery and warranty depend on the model and supplier reply. Buyer information
Provide accurate business contact details and a requirement you are authorized to discuss. Identify intended application, quantity, destination and critical specifications. Distinguish mandatory requirements from preferences and make unresolved compatibility questions explicit. Optional budget and supplier preference information helps frame the request; it does not establish supplier quality or a guaranteed result.
Product and operating responsibilities
Manufacturers and commercial counterparties must identify the offered configuration, documentation, applicable limitations and contractual commitments.
